Console Translator reads the subtitles of a game or video app you choose, translates them and shows or reads the translation on top of that app. This policy explains what the app accesses, what leaves your phone and why. There is no account, no advertising and no analytics run by the developer.
When you tap Start translating, Android asks you to share your screen or one app. Only after you accept does the app capture that screen, and only while translation is running (a notification shows this). Images are processed in memory on your phone to read the text inside the area you marked; they are never saved or uploaded.
Translations are read with your phone's text-to-speech engine (usually Google Speech Services). Voices marked "online" are generated by that engine on its servers; this is handled by the speech engine, not by Console Translator.
Premium subscriptions and lifetime PRO are purchased through Google Play. The app sends product identifiers and purchase tokens to the developer's Play server to verify access with Google and track AI usage. The app does not receive your bank or card details. The optional AI trial uses Google Play Integrity and device recall to check that the app and device are genuine and to remember whether the device used its trial. These anti-abuse records are not reset by reinstalling. Contact the developer below for data requests; records needed for purchase validation or fraud prevention may be retained.
When you pair a TV, translated text, optional original text, area text and optional synthesized voice are sent over your local network to that TV. This connection is authorized with the TV's pairing code and saved token. It is separate from cloud translation.
Installing the TV app on an LG TV: the phone connects to the TV over your local network with the Developer Mode passphrase you enter, and downloads the TV app from our server using your verified purchase credential. The passphrase is never sent to our server.
ML Kit, used for text recognition and on-device translation, sends limited diagnostic data to Google: device information (maker, model, OS version), app package name and version, per-installation identifiers, performance metrics, API configuration and error codes. It is used for diagnostics and usage analytics, encrypted in transit and not shared with third parties. It does not include your screen images or subtitle text. See ML Kit data disclosure.
Language packs (text readers and offline translation models) are downloaded from Google Play services and Google servers when you ask for them.
Settings, game profiles, scan areas and API keys are stored only in the app's private storage on your phone and are not backed up to the cloud by the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Bản dịch được đọc bằng bộ chuyển văn bản thành lời nói của điện thoại (thường là Google Speech Services). Giọng "cần mạng" do bộ đọc đó tạo trên máy chủ của nó; việc này do bộ đọc xử lý, không phải Console Translator.
Thuê bao Premium và PRO mua một lần thanh toán qua Google Play. App gửi mã sản phẩm và token giao dịch tới máy chủ bản Play để kiểm tra quyền với Google và đếm lượt AI. App không nhận thông tin ngân hàng hay thẻ của bạn. Dùng thử AI sử dụng Google Play Integrity và device recall để kiểm tra app, thiết bị và ghi nhớ thiết bị đã dùng thử. Gỡ rồi cài lại không xóa dấu dùng thử này. Bạn có thể liên hệ bên dưới để yêu cầu về dữ liệu; thông tin cần cho kiểm tra giao dịch và chống gian lận có thể được giữ lại.
Khi bạn ghép TV, bản dịch, câu gốc nếu bật, nội dung dịch vùng và giọng đọc nếu bật được gửi qua mạng nội bộ tới TV đó. Kết nối dùng mã ghép trên TV và token đã lưu, tách biệt với dịch trên đám mây.
Cài app lên TV LG: điện thoại kết nối tới TV qua mạng nội bộ bằng passphrase Developer Mode bạn nhập, và tải app TV từ máy chủ của chúng tôi bằng mã xác minh giao dịch. Passphrase không bao giờ được gửi tới máy chủ.
ML Kit, dùng để đọc chữ và dịch trên máy, gửi một ít dữ liệu chẩn đoán cho Google: thông tin thiết bị (hãng, đời máy, phiên bản hệ điều hành), tên gói và phiên bản app, mã nhận dạng theo lượt cài, chỉ số hiệu năng, cấu hình API và mã lỗi. Dữ liệu dùng để chẩn đoán và thống kê mức sử dụng, được mã hóa khi truyền và không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba. Không gồm hình màn hình hay chữ phụ đề của bạn.
Gói ngôn ngữ (gói đọc chữ, gói dịch ngoại tuyến) được tải từ Google Play services và máy chủ Google khi bạn yêu cầu.
Cài đặt, hồ sơ game, vùng quét và khóa API chỉ lưu trong bộ nhớ riêng của app trên điện thoại, app không sao lưu lên mạng. Gỡ app hoặc xóa dữ liệu app sẽ xóa hết.
App không hướng tới trẻ dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ.
